Construction and Buildings

 

The building and construction sectors have been identified as one of the key levers for decarbonizing national economies across the globe. The industry accounted for 36% of final energy use and 39% of energy and process-related carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions in 2018 (IEA, 2019).

At sus.lab we work with our industry and public office partners on projects and initiatives that foster the use of circular building material and minimize the energy intensity of the building stock. Over the years we have build a vast network and valuable relationships with Swiss companies and professionals in the field. Our team is highly engaged with stakeholders through events, workshops and interviews.
